Two decades building a college ministry from the ground up — planting on multiple campuses, discipling hundreds of students, pastoring people through the hardest seasons of their lives. I didn't stop building when I entered real estate. I changed the address.

I still disciple and pastor men. Just differently now. In 2018 I entered real estate part time while still in ministry. In 2024 I founded DOXA Property Ventures. Today I hold 17 rental units and I'm building toward 75 by 2035.

I do all of it in public. The wins, the mistakes, the market reads, the deals that didn't work — that's what the letter is for.

Entered Real Estate — Part Time

Started investing and learning the business while still in full-time ministry. Ran both in parallel for 2.5 years before going all in.

Joined The Redux Group as an agent, grew into Lead Listing Advisor and Expansion Director. Part of the leadership team. The agent relationships built here fuel the investment side.

Bought our first multi-family property — a 6-unit. The portfolio starts. Currently at 17 units in the portfolio.
